Yard is completely fenced in with turf which is great for kids, yoga and sun bathing. The putting green is a humongous hit!

Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School.
