Not to mention the spectacular vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean! Also on this 1st level, you will appreciate the convenience of an oceanfront bedroom (west side), complete with a King size bed and a full private bath with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. You will also discover the laundry room located on this level.

On the 2nd level, your family will appreciate the convenience of an additional sitting room, complete with a TV, balcony access, and comfortable seating for 5. Bedroom #2 is complete with a King size bed, streetside view and a full private bath with a walk-in shower.
