Summary:
This beachfront cavernous duplex is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and all things that make CB extraordinary! This home features a freshly modernized kitchen, wood floors, bespoke tiled baths/showersi. The ocean facing living area provides striking vistas and plenty of space to comfortably host all of your guests. Additionally, for your convenience, there is an elevator and a private beach access.

Getting Around:
Many bars, eateries, and coffee stores are within walking distance of the duplex and Carolina Beach is a very bicycle and golf cart friendly community. Please let our team at Going Coastal know if you need recommendations for units.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay


There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Located in Carolina Beach, this villa is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Money saving strategies:

• The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Booking websites often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
