This is a third floor condo, with no elevator. The stairs not only provide magnificant exercise benefits, they pay off with one of the best vistas to be had on the beach! Beware, it's three flights up, as the first floor is above private garage space.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School.
