Full sized W/D and entirely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, huge cavernous dining & living area overlooks the marina, ocean and the boardwalk! Terrific trifecta! Watch the fireworks every Thursday nighttime FRONT SEAT off your private balcony!

Parking is located in the parking garage under the home. Rent bicycles, golf carts, drive within 10 mins. or less to Historic Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15-25 mins. away (depending on traffic!).

Family Animals are acceptable with one time pet fee of $75. The area around this unit can get busy in summer months from the amusement park across the street and restaurant below.

Located in Carolina Beach, this apartment is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

How to book the best Carolina Beach vacation property experience:

Finding your perfect vacation home:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to drive more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
