Sun-Rhea, a privately owned single family home, located 6 rows from the ocean on the West end of the island. Interior amenities include a washer, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, WIFI & central heat & air, 2 color cable TV , DVD & ceiling fans. 2 Refrigerators, 1 on ground level, Exterior amenities are an outside shower, covered porch, roof deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • To book the most suitable rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.   • If there's a certain Wrightsville Beach destination you are crazy about, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental

  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
