This floor is complete by a half bath and multiple doorways that lead out to the top-level balconies — ideal for catching the impressive Oak Island sunsets!

Heading downstairs to the lower level, you'll find the second primary suite with a plush king-size bed, huge flatscreen TV, and a door with direct access to the first-floor balcony! The ensuite bathroom has a massive tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a double bed, a twin-size bed, and a flatscreen TV. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
