Convenience and comfort is what you will find at this bungalow. Located in a residential neighborhood in midtown. You are an painless 15-20 min drive to local beaches and Downtown Wilmington and just mins. to great local eateries, shopping, and parks! This home has 864 sqft, open concept living room with streaming TV, dining area with table for 4, and entirely equipped kitchen with Keurig & espresso machine, everything you need to whip up a meal. Each bedroom has it's own attached full bathroom, one king size bed and two twins to sleep 4 comfortably. Appreciate the back yard with patio and seating around a firepit. This home has everything you need whether your in town for a weekend or a longer term stay. Beach chairs are supplied to make your trip to the beach an ease! There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars.

When to go & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Wilmington. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it.
