Ground floor 2 Bedroom condo at Sandpiper Bay Golf Club in Stunning Sunset Beach. Master bedroom has 1 Queen & 1 Twin with an ensuite bathroom and bedroom 2 has 2 Twin size beds. Flat-screen T.V. in the living room and master bedroom. Free Wifi supplied. Unit offers full size washer and dryer, entirely equipped kitchen.

Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-min. drive to Sunset Beach. Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and painless access to many other courses. Appreciate a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Enormous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Sizable Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Sunset Beach is home to this condo. Sandpiper Bay Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
