Club Villas's two-bedroom suites feature one Queen and one Double bed in each bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own roomy bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a completely equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher, standard coffee maker, and Keurig), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings and Maples #10 hole. This Club Villa two-bedroom villa is ground level.

All guests must sign an Affordable Generous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Grand Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Enormous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, is home to this condo. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Find your perfect vacation home:

• Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• In the Wrightsville Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
