Summary:
Amazing 2nd floor oceanfront condo located in the Sea Colony! Ideal for modest family or a couples hideaway getaway. SeaGrace is centrally located to all things Carolina Beach: cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping! Downtown Wilmington and the airport less than 45 minuets away!
Savor the pretty sunrise over the Atlantic on your comfortable patio also appreciate the community pool!

The Space:
The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Other Things to Note:
This condo is on the 2nd floor and please make sure parking pass is visible. The HOA only gives us 1 parking pass

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

How to find the best Carolina Beach rental experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To book the best rental within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Wrightsville Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to propel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
