The condo is pet friendly (modest dogs under 35 lbs) with a non-returnable pet fee per pet and up to 2 dogs allowed. The floor plan features adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas with two huge sets of sliding glass doors and sizable windows to savor a spectacular view of the golf course and property grounds. The kitchen is entirely-equipped and the dining area has a table for four with a raised bar offering additional seating for four. An outdoor patio accessible from the living room area is the ideal spot to appreciate calming after a day on the beach or the golf course. Watch golfers test their putting skills on the green and observe the native coastal wildlife. The condo has wireless Internet and three T.V.s (streaming service only using your own accounts/Guest Mode) with a DVD player in the living room for entertainment value. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen beds and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The front bedroom also has 2 Queen beds and private bath with tub/shower enclosure. The front bedroom has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air along with a enormous ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. A front laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use. Located by the sea, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.
