Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans and a fireplace. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, covered porch & floating boat dock. This is a stringently ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront.
