"Holcomb" a privately owned cozy 2nd row home on the West End of the Island. The beach walkway is located at the 32nd Street access just across Main Street. This home is pet friendly and accepts 2 dogs for an additional fee. Nightly units require a departure maid service. Make sure you check the amenities this home has to offer. When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. To book the most suitable rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
