Located in Ibis Roost our three bedroom bungalow is your home away from home! The living area, kitchen and dining are located downstairs along with the master (king) suite and guest bedroom (queen) with a bath. Upstairs has a bedroom and bath with a full bed, 2 twin bed and sitting area. We are located in the private maritime forest with great outdoor living! We have a great wrap around porch along with a screen porch with plenty of outdoor enjoyment. Just a short walk you may also savor the community swimming pool.

Getting the best value:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer time is high season in Bald Head Island. To get the best rental home for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to drive new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
