Located among trees on the Intracoastal Waterway, this rental, freshly added in spring of 2023, sits near the western tip of Oak Island, features a private dock and is dog-friendly to friendly dogs. Sit on the screened porch with your morning cup of coffee and appreciate the ideal hideaway spot to really rest; soak in the relaxing sounds of nature and relax in the salty breeze. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a enormous wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is an attached private half bath for your convenience. The main bath is shared and has a standard tub/shower combo with sliding door.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and a modest flat screen TV, and the final bedroom has two double beds and a sizable wall-mounted flat screen TV.

The ground floor provides plenty of additional space for entertaining with two separate seating areas, each with their own TV, and a wet bar. A double futon is available for additional sleeping space, and a full-sized bathroom adds to the convenience of this space. The laundry facilities are also located on this level.

On the back of the ground level is a screened patio area to be able to enjoy the coastal landscape and avoid pesky bugs. An additional dining table accepts for dining al fresco.
