The loft bedroom and the living room have access to ocean view decks for you to savor coffee in the morning and your favorite drink at nighttime. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom are downstairs providing exceptional vistas of South Beach.
House comes equipped with two 4-passenger golf carts and a propane grille for a ideal dinner for two or family gatherings.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Bald Head Island. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Wrightsville Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • If there's a certain Wrightsville Beach beach you crave, look for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.

  • Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let crooks spoil your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
