About our home: 3br/3ba with sizable entertaining room plus porch and 4 season reading room. Sleeps 6 but we do have a blow up bed for any last min. visitors. Within the last year, we have upgraded the home to have hardwoods thru out the whole home, added an all new suite of appliances, modern living room furnishings by Sareid, a little art, a new six passenger golf cart and new paint. This is a very comfortable home near everything and ideal for the family get together and vacation.

Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.

• Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your family have a great time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
