Discover our amazing upper-level condo! This 2-bedroom gem features a versatile loft that can sleep 2 or double as a TV/game room. Savor a master suite with a private bath and a comfortable guest bedroom with a full bath. Unwind on queen beds in both rooms, plus 2 twin beds in the loft. Cook like a pro in the entirely equipped kitchen, or dine on one of two decks with tables and chairs. Appreciate flat screen TVs in the living room and loft, a dining table for 6, and a kitchen bar for 4. Cruise around on the 4-person golf cart or ride the adult and kids's bicycles. Beach chairs, toys, and body boards are ready for fun. Since May 2013, we've upgraded nearly everything inside, including linens, beds, towels, kitchenware, furnishings, lamps, sliding doors, and the golf cart. This condo is a dream come true!

When to visit & When to book:

• Summer is the most expensive season in Bald Head Island. Reserve your Wrightsville Beach rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
• In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many problems.
• Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let crooks spoil your trip.
• Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on great feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
