"3 Little Birds" is a reverse floor plan home with 4 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 Baths with a separate crofter. The impressive vistas of the marsh are just unbelievable! We are located in Cape Fear Station, a min. golf cart ride to the Shoals Club and did we mention the marsh front vistas?! There are 3 bedroom suites including 2 huge master suites with king beds, both have private porches. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bath. The crofter is a separate bedroom and bath off of the main home with a double bed. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove, wine cooler and a well supplied kitchen!

How to get the best rental home value:

• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the largest rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Wrightsville Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
