Walk up the stairs and into a sweet screened porch for coffee, wine or a good book! Open the front door to a fresh kitchen with eat in island. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials you need. Sit at the counter or the dinette or simply dine and dash out!

Savor an open floor plan for cooking, watching TV, playing games, etx. Need a break from the kiddos? Send them up to the loft or downstairs to the playroom where they can watch a movie, play ping pong or GoldenTee!

Five bedrooms in total. Four bedrooms and two and a half baths are located on the main level while the master suite is located upstairs and has plenty of room for a pack n play, crib or blow up bed.

There is another sitting room and separate dining room located in the back of the home with handsome water vistas. Both lead out to a roomy deck for morning and happy hour!

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
