We are located in the historic part of downtown Wilmington NC. You will find many historic buildings and waterfront attractions around us. You are steps from local businesses, other AirBnB's, and residences. The neighborhood around us is historic homes mainly from the 1800's. You'll appreciate wondering around and taking in the history.
Our location is very walkable and you can conveniently savor the area without a car and an occasional Uber/Lyft ride. We do provide one car parking space 2 blocks away for our guests. During peak times complimentary parking is limited, so expect parking meter or lot costs for additional cars. The city itself has walkable amenities starting from 500 feet from our condo to 2 miles radius.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this condo is in the city center. Battleship North Carolina and City Stage Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation.   • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
