This oceanfront duplex has striking spectacular vistas from every side! Our recent updates include all new kitchen lighting, refreshed bathtub shower, new king bed set, new queen and double beds, as well as a pyramid bunk set. On the back porch savor all new Polywood rocking chairs with constructed-in cup holders! Come and see for yourself! Step outside and experience the impressive sunrise and sunset vistas from the sizable covered porches outside the living room and upstairs master bedroom. The huge extended sun deck on the dunes brings you even closer to the waves! On the other side, there are no homes to block the view, which means the street side bedrooms share unobstructed, calming marsh vistas from every window.

Bed linens included (Beds in bedrooms only) for nightly and weekly units. No Towels supplied but can be rented.

There is plenty of room for up to 9 people, but if you need more space for extended family or friends, you can accommodate up to 18 people by renting the other side (if available) and opening up the whole home to your group. This provides twice the space (including another full kitchen) and is comfortably accessible through the connecting downstairs lock-out doors. When it's time to re-stock or have a snack, it's only a 5 min. walk to the island fishing pier, grocery store and appealing oceanfront ice cream/snack shop. On the way back you can appreciate the wide assortment of unique shells that are often generous along our beach and make sure you enjoy the Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower during your stay.

We're sure you'll agree that it's nothing less than (Turtley) Heaven!

Finding the best Wrightsville Beach rental experience:

How to get the best rental home value:

  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Summertime is high season in Holden Beach. Reserve your Wrightsville Beach vacation in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Wrightsville Beach area visitors guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Planning, picking, and booking yourrental:

  • To start, have your family select vacation dates and a budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the configuration your group needs. Turtley Paradise East - Rent East & West Sides for Large Groups has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Wrightsville Beach vacation rental search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, contact the property owner before booking the home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what is right for your vacation.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the owner about your furry family members before booking.
  • If there's an individual Wrightsville Beach beach you are enamored with, browse rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.

More tips for your stay:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your .
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Note any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great resource to find the best local beaches.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
