Spectacular, refreshed beach home with 3 bedrooms (TVs and access to exterior decks in every room) and a 2-car garage. Bright and open upstairs including living room with comfortable 3-seater couch and couch bed along with 70” tv, gas fireplace, and an updated kitchen with access to front, side, and back decks (ideal for watching a majestic sunset or grooving to the sounds of the summer concert series at the Pavilion every Sunday afternoon). With spectacular intracoastal waterway and ocean vistas, this home is ideal for any family with a doggie family member (or 2) as it is pet friendly with payment of pet fee. The elegantly landscaped backyard includes a enormous green space and a charcoal grille. Also, outside is a private hot and cold shower!
Only a 5-min. walk to the beach and ten-min. drive to the nearest golf course. It is located in the heart of the island (around100 yards from all three of Holden Beach’s eateries, ice cream shop, and convenient store, and a short walk to Bridgeview Park with playground, splash pad, and pickleball/basketball courts. Public boat ramp, kayak launch, and fishing dock are also right across the street!)

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Sailfish Park.   • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
