SUMMER PLACE - 38 Private Drive - This home, in the Summer Place community, features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen, one bedroom has two doubles. Upstairs, two bedrooms have one queen in each, the fifth bedroom has one full size bed and a set of bunk beds. All bedrooms have TV's.
Conveniences include access to the Summer Place community pool, enclosed outside shower, two washers and two dryers, dishwasher, blender, iron/ironing board, microwave, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining table seats nine, and there are four stools at the bar for additional seating. There's seating on the deck to have your morning coffee, or spend a cool evening outside appreciating the ocean breeze. Private Drive is a direct and simple beach access street, and this home is a short walk from both the beach and the pool.
This property has keyless entry.
Although this home rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 4 and after August 21, there's a three-nighttime minimum stay required. There's a golf cart outlet by the outside shower, and another one by the stairs. Our property has pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not included. This property is not an appropriate location for sizable functions/events. The town of Ocean Isle Beach enforces a 10pm peaceful hour. Additionally, the property is locally managed and monitored-please observe these standards if considering this location for your holiday.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun. Tribal Island and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Some hosts offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Property management companies usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Record any damages to the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if damages are assessed.
• Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great source for finding the best local attractions.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
