BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT CONDO WITH POOL

The most pretty direct oceanfront vistas you can ever imagine! Do you want to vacation where you have great ocean vistas, sunrises and sunsets, access to the beach which is 50 feet away, and the owner lives locally, keeping a close eye on updates and repairs? We want you to feel like our condo is equipped like your own home, with updates in rugs and furnishings. There is more kitchen serveware, dishes, and glasses than you will ever need! And who wants to cram beach equipment in an already over packed car? We supply four beach chairs for your use in the private owner closet on the parking/beach. An added additional to the Windjammer complex is an elevator so you don’t have to haul everything up the stairs. Secure WiFi is complementary - download as much reading material and music as your heart desires. The ocean vistas and convenience speak for themselves! Please note that linens are not supplied, but are available as an add on. Ask for details!

· 2 New 50" Roku Intelligent TVs (living room and master bedroom) These have guest mode so you'll be signed out of any apps you use automatically on your check out date!
· New luxury vinyl floors throughout, including the bedrooms
· Queen sleeper couch provides 2 additional sleeping spaces
· Painted the entire condo in 2023
· Kitchen granite countertops and tile back splash as well as bathroom granite countertops added in 2016
· All new extravagant pillow top beds added in 2021 - meaning you don't have to worry about a good nights sleep! Not to mention the blackout curtains (in addition to wooden blinds) in both bedrooms that gives the whole sleeping in while on vacation actual meaning!
· In 2018, we replaced the tubs and added new tile in both bathrooms

We know that everybody works hard to be able to appreciate their vacation time. We want you to be able to come here and feel like you have everything you need so it's that immediate R&R feeling on day 1. That's why we are continually improving and updating; we also live here in ocean isle so every check in/out time window I get excited to take over something new!
Come stay a while! Would you like to stay a month in the off season? If you've never experienced OIB in the off season and have the. opportunity to - we would highly recommend it! The traffic and liveliness quiets down & the pure calmness that comes with it is definitely exceptional. Now a little about Ocean Isle Beach - it's a family beach. Once you cross the bridge and all you can see is the water and all you can smell is the ocean air, it is instant bliss. Leave your worries on the other side of the bridge - it's impossible not too! With mild season changes, Ocean Isle Beach is the ideal location for year-round visiting. Activities are limitless whether you are looking for seashells, golfing, dining, fishing, shopping, turtle and dolphin watching or nighttime-time crabbing. That doesn't even begin to cover it all! If you want to leave the island, you will find limitless golf, or in 45 mins., you are in Myrtle Beach with outlet shopping. Ten mins. from the condo is Calabash, the seafood capital of the world and the best you will ever have! Like to prepare? You can also pick up fresh shrimp (they'll peel & devein it for you!) and fish from Captain Jacks, our favorite seafood market! Like watching boats come in on the intracoastal? Check out the OIFC tiki bar - it’s open air on the top deck (as well as Sharky's & Jinx Creek - all on the island). Better yet, the Isles has an oceanfront tiki bar - the Tipsy Turtle - with fast bites within a 5 min. beach walk!

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun. Tribal Island and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or might be applied to your invoice.
  • Are you looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Store the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, television set or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of issues.
  • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.

  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to inspire new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience find their best vacation home.
