The SS Pelican is a cozy two bedroom condominium located near the center of the island.  You will appreciate the ocean breeze while calming in the hot tub on the screened porch.  Just a short walk to the beach and the island stores.

Make sure you check out the amenities this home has to offer. This condominium does not have an outdoor shower.  This is a privately owned home, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

Find your perfect rental:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Wrightsville Beach attractions and restaurants.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
