The North Seas is a magnificent standalone home located in a peaceful neighborhood on the North end of Wrightsville Beach. This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath home has plenty of space for everybody, multiple decks with ocean vistas, and is just a short drive from Johnnie Mercer’s pier and the many stores and eateries Wrightsville Beach has to offer.

The first floor of the home holds the main living area and is a bright and inviting space. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area are a great place for the family to gather after a long day on the beach, and the covered back deck has wraparound bench seating and multiple lounge chairs for you to kick back and feel the breeze. There is a shared half bath on this floor, as well as a master suite with its own private bathroom with walk in shower, a TV, and access to the back deck.

One level up, you’ll find the three remaining bedrooms, each with a fantastic view of the ocean. The first bedroom is another master suite with a king bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, and a TV. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and access to the middle level back deck and share access to a full bathroom in the hallway. The laundry room is also on this floor.

The top floor of the home is an open loft area that works great as a playroom or a space for the kids to sleep. This area has a modest kitchenette with a sink and mini refrigerator, as well as multiple sleeping accommodations. There’s a queen size bed, 2 standalone twins, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. A huge puzzle table in front of the top-level deck access is a great spot for boardgames with a view, and the deck itself offers marvelous vistas of the waves rolling in.

  • Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
