Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

  • Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to drive future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience find their best rental home. Remember to be objective.
