Guest Access:
Parking for up to 5 cars depending on size. This home is located directly off of N. Lumina Ave and is a block from the beach.

2. Elevator is reliable but not guaranteed.
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. **All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. $200/per dog for any non-service animal coming to stay (2 pet limit).

• Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
