The condominium has been completely refreshed including the lock-out unit. We have upgraded the interior to include new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and range in the main kitchen. The mini-suite offers a new dishwasher and microwave. The remodel includes new floor and counter-tops in kitchens and bathrooms new faucets and light fixtures and fresh paint through-out.
The condo is cavernous, clean, and completely outfitted with bed linens, wash cloths and towels-DO NOT take any towels or linens included out of the unit. Guest must provide their own beach towels and/or beach blankets. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The full-size kitchen offers everything you will need during your stay.
This roomy ground floor condo with central air/heat is attractively decorated and provides 2 enormous bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom provides 2 queen size beds with new beds and wall mounted flat screen T.V.s. The living room includes a new couch and appreciate seat and mounted flat screen. The unit offers complimentary cable and internet. The kitchenette includes 6 chairs and there are 2 bar stools available at eat-in kitchen island.
Sea Trail Plantation offers amenities including 2 pools (modest daily fee), 2 resident clubhouses, three 18 hole golf courses, eateries, library, exercise center, tennis courts and community garden. The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC) is open to the public. About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and on a river. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, surfing/body boarding, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Finding the best Sunset Beach vacation rental experience:

When to reserve a Wrightsville Beach rental home & When to go:

  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best rental for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you will need a pet-friendly rental. Ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts charge additional pet fees.
  • Are you looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking

Additional considerations:

  • Add the host's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent a lot of issues.
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Upon check-in, note any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
