This gorgeous 3 bedroom oceanfront condo is the ideal beachfront hideaway. Located in the highly charming Dune Ridge Resorts, this condo has pretty expansive vistas of the entire coast and the interior makes for a calming break from the sun while not sacrificing the view!

The oceanfront patio is ideal for appreciating your morning coffee, taking in the salt air and relaxing after a long day at the beach/pool. A clean and comfortable stay is our absolute top priority. Come stay awhile!

The Space:
Dune Ridge offers a pool, tennis/pickle-ball court, beach access, and COMPLIMENTARY parking on the premises (2 cars, maybe 3 if you squeeze). Beach chairs and towels supplied!

The three bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring plush linens, quality bed sheets and intelligent TVs.

There are 2-3 carport parking spots for the unit and additional guest spots can be requested.

The unit is right on the beach and a fast drive to 'downtown Wrightsville Beach' where there is a plethora of coffee stores, eateries, bars and shopping.

Other Things to Note:
Community pool is open from May 1st-September 30th.
As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Shell Island, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Wrightsville Beach and Halyburton Park. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wrightsville Beach. Booking your Wrightsville Beach vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Wrightsville Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers.   • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before you book your rental. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • If there's an individual Wrightsville Beach attraction you are enamored with, look for homes that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking
  • Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.

Have a great stay:

  • We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Record any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if a dispute is filed.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to propel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
