Just three blocks to the boardwalk and ocean, this 1759 sqft. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome on a corner lot is the slice of heaven that you were looking for. It features a one-car garage and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. From there you can head on up to the combined living and dining room that leads into a splendid roomy open kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you will find a cavernous covered deck to spend those calming beach evenings.

The Space:
On this floor, you will also find the laundry room and access to the primary bedroom! This town home is close to all of the fun Carolina Beach action.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

  • Summer time is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
