Beach memories await at this fresh townhome constructed and furnished in July 2023! Located in the middle of enjoyment island, the property provides simple access to experience all that Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and Fort Fisher have to offer. With luxury amenities and space for everybody to kick back and relax, Surfer's Heaven will become a place you'll never want to leave!

For those with bigger events we also have the unit next door for the ability to sleep 16.
The space
Located in a handsome and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk or bicycle to the beach is this brand new townhouse! 0.4 mile walk straight down the street through a nice neighborhood to the beach and 1 block from the island greenway! The greenway ends at Mike Chapell Park with a skate park, playground, basketball courts, pickle ball courts and soccer fields. (The greenway also accepts you to walk or bicycle to the center of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach without having to ride or walk on the main road!)

This home is part of a duplex, two homes side by side. The home has a private entrance and none of the spaces are shared. By reserving this home, you will have access to the Searay Lane side of the building.

INTERIOR- First Floor
On the first level is a calming bohemian living room with 55 inch TV tucked away for kids to play or for a peaceful place to read and relax. Off the living room is access to the completely fenced patio through a glass door. Two bedrooms reside on this level; one with a king sized bed. The other bedroom has a queen bunk bed with a twin XL on top and a roll away twin cot in the closet. There is a full bath with a tub/shower and a full sized washer/dryer on this level. Each bathroom is supplied with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hair dryer. Access to the one car garage is available from inside.

INTERIOR- Second Floor
Just up the stairs, you will find the ideal gathering space with a living/dining room with completely outfitted kitchen for cooking. This space is open, airy and full of natural light with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has a humongous bar for relaxing and cooking family meals, glass doors access a patio ideal for appreciating morning coffee or a book!
Beside the living room is a half bath and entrance to the handsome master suite with luxury walk-in glass shower, double vanity, and cavernous walk-in closet (huge enough for a pack-in-play for infant). There is access to the patio via sliding glass doors in the master bedroom.

Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, is home to this vacation home. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

• Summer is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To find the best value, try changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually available online. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before reserving your rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is suitable for your group.
• Does your family require unique amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental

• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few difficulties.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would've never otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
• When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a wonderful vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
