The sand awaits you at this peaceful hideaway — hopefully it’s on the handsome beaches and not in the sand trap! Come stay with us to experience the beach, golfing, family fun, and much more.

Our freshly remodeled studio condo is located in Sea Trail Golf Resort and overlooks the 17th green of the Maples Course. This is really a golfer’s heaven! Appreciate all of the amenities Sea Trail has to offer, including three 18-hole golf courses, private beach parking at Sunset Beach, 3 outdoor swimming pools, and a exercise center with a yoga/pilates studio and sauna. The resort is also home to a lighted driving range, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, multiple practice greens, outdoor grilles, a bocce court and horseshoe pit, and numerous eateries for you to visit.

This 1st floor unit has 2 double (full-size) beds and a full bath to comfortably host up to 4 people. No need to carry your golf bag up flights of stairs! It also features generous natural light, fast and reliable WiFi, central AC and heat, a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator and microwave, a Keurig coffeemaker, a blender, and a brand new intelligent TV. The dining area has a bay window that looks out toward the 17th pin, and there's plentiful parking just steps from the front door.

That’s not to mention the nature! The condo sits beside a relaxing pond frequented by herons. Sunset beach has places to view everything from pipers, plovers, and pelicans to alligators, and birdwatchers may even spot a roseate spoonbill.
