*While we encourage guests to make the most of their vacations, we must adhere to a stringently enforced NO PARTY rule in accordance with the property’s HOA regulations and Vacation Rental By Owner Community Disturbance Policy. In addition, max. occupancy is limited to the number of guests reported at time of booking.

*Well-behaved, home-trained dogs (max. of two) are welcome for a non-returnable additional fee of $100 per stay for first dog, and $50 per stay for second dog. Dogs MUST be added at time of booking. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home, and be on leash when outside. Dog waste must be picked up and thrown in trash cans behind home using plastic bags. If pet waste is not removed, there will be an additional $50 charge. *Fee for first dog charged with booking; fee for second dog if applicable charged separately as additional “Trip Change” fee.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
