This oceanfront home sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have new 12 inch Medium Firm Memory Foam Queen Mattresses and bed frames.

Keyless door lock entry provides painless access to this NON-SMOKING and PET-COMPLIMENTARY home.

Rental includes 5 ROKU Intelligent TVs, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a completely equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos throughout.

How to get the best rental value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the best vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
