- The back porch is an extension of the home with an outdoor living and dining area. Savor a sizeable backyard for pups and play. Note : It is not completely fenced in.

This is a shared property. This home is a duplex and the downstairs, ground level, unit is separately rented. Each space has its own private entrance and the spaces are not connected on the interior at all- there is no interior stairwell. There is separate assigned parking. The yard and outdoor shower is shared common space.
Other things to note
We are located next door to The Spot, a local restaurant. Great place to grab a drink, watch a game, or grab a meal. During their business hours they do play music and they have outdoor seating which creates noise. While we don’t find this disruptive during the day we have included a sound machine in the unit for painless sleeping.

Carolina Beach is home to this vacation home. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • To book the largest rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
