Upon entering the home from your private garage, you will have elevator access to all three floors. Also on this level, there is a sizable bedroom with a private bath. This room has bunk beds and is equipped with a flat screen TV. It is great for teenagers to get away from the adults and have a private area.

An open concept second floor provides all the space and seating your group needs. The gorgeously decorated living room opens onto a enormous deck providing impressive vistas of the ocean and pool. This plan accepts painless entertaining for huge groups. The dining area includes a huge dining room table with seating for 8, while five people can sit at the bar. A completely well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 4 burner gas cooktop, and stainless steel appliances makes cooking a breeze.
