*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a enormous front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with pull-out couch, kitchen with bar area, dining room with sizable table, and huge back deck with seating. Rooms are roomy and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel but with modern amenities. Kitchen has an air fryer, coffee maker/Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. Home is one block from the beach with canal view, and beach access on both sides of the block. Outdoor shower. Linens and bath towels supplied. I know you're there on vacation and have fun, and I want you to have an spectacular trip, just be respectful of the property and neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side so you have to keep the long stretch clear.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling.
