This vacation getaway is charmingly located in the Kings Lynn area on the west end of the island, attractively decorated, and will provide your family with all the necessities needed for a fabulous Oak Island Feel!

There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a fifth dedicated sleeping space with two twin bunk beds in the rec room with upsized calming couch right off the lower patio and pool area. The cavernous Master Suite and bath is located on the top floor and has a comfortable king-sized bed with its own private porch access that offers handsome sunrise and sunsets overlooking the waterway. Additional rooms - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 King bed, bedroom 4 has a set of bunk beds with two doubles and a queen pull out couch, and additional space 5 on the main level has a set of twin bunk beds. This spacious home provides room for everybody in the family to relax and appreciate their Oak Island vacation and includes plenty of space to entertain and dine. Preparing your favorite low country seafood dinner will be a delight. For a peaceful evening, relax on the back deck overlooking the marsh and the outdoor pool area where the whole crew can savor after a long beach day or mosey on down to the end of the dock at the water's edge and observe the wildlife. We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located in Oak Island, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Oak Island.   • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
