On the lower level of this reverse-floor plan are four bedrooms; two are Kings with private access to the screened porch. The first features an ensuite, the second shares a Jack and Jill with the third bedroom that is furnished with a Double and a Twin bed. The fourth bedroom-a bunk room-sleeps four and uses a bath just outside its door. This floor's back porch provides peaceful sanctuary, snuggling into the Island's wooded dune ridge.

Upstairs you'll adore the wood finishes and open floor plan that offers two living spaces, one with a decorative fireplace and the other with sundeck access. The kitchen features loads of prep space as well as a wrap-around bar seating six. The cavernous dining area is set for eight but can conveniently accommodate more. Supplied in your rental are internet access and use of both a four-passenger and a six-passenger golf cart and WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. When to book & When to go:

• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
