Very neat and gorgeously decorated lower unit. Savor ocean, pool, and tennis court vistas from the back deck as you dine at the bistro table or swing in the porch swing. This unit has all the modern amenities including wireless internet and three flat screen TV's (TV in both bedrooms). Book it and appreciate heaven. Appreciate the amenities of the pool, tennis court, grille and private beach access.

Bed linens supplied (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels included can be rented.

RVs, Boats, Trailers, Golf Carts, Electric Motor Vehicles and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot. Renters are not allowed to invite guests to use the Captain’s Villas amenities (pool, tennis courts, private beach access). Conveniences are only for renters actually staying at Captain’s Villas.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach.   • Property management companies often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
