Appreciate the island life in this splendid 3 bedroom home. Totally equipped kitchen, dining table seats 4 with breakfast nook seats 2. Cavernous living room with sizable flat screen Roku TV. Brand new LVP floor throughout. New sectional couch! Handsomely landscaped fenced in back yard. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen Roku TV and en suite bathroom, as well as private exit to humongous back patio. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom has twin beds, and full size bed ideal kids room. Minutes from beach access and beautiful breathtaking walk over the canal. Well mannered, potty trained family pets welcome. We want you and your family and friends to have a calming, delightful, care complimentary vacation.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

• The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to work out what configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
• If your family is bringing pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly rental. Request details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Often, hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
• If there's a certain Wrightsville Beach beach you are crazy about, keep an eye out for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your desires.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
