This cavernous one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the spectacular Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

Unwind in comfort in the enormous living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and savor not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

The unit is completely equipped with dishes, pots, pans and complimentary spices. Take advantage of the huge laundry room with washer and dryer to avoid packing tons of clothing! The freshly refreshed bathroom offers space galore. Savor the roomy dining area or snack at the bar – stools supplied.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
