Our charmingly furnished condo has been completely refreshed for your comfort and contentment. There is no anxiety for meals at home in our lovingly upgraded kitchen, with the Carolina Beach Farmers Market right across the street at the lake, or local farm fresh produce a block away at Veggie Wagon. Fancy a meal out? Barbecue is only a two-block walk away, or you can have Kates Pancakes or Vinnies Pizza within a four-block walk. Life is painless here - immerse yourself in our soft-sided furnishings amidst tasteful, neutral decor and make Sands IV 2G your getaway for the ultimate beach leisure lifestyle.

Deck: Access from the living room and master bedroom. Overlooks the ocean. Pub table with 2 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs with drink table, 1 chaise.

Primary Bedroom Suite: Oceanfront, intelligent TV, king-size bed, ceiling fan, private access to the patio, En-suite Bathroom with Vanity, walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, twin-size bed, intelligent TV, ceiling fan, attached bathroom.

Guest Bathroom: Vanity, shower/tub combo.

Parking:
Parking for a max. of 2 cars below the building. Parking pass required. Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No family pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Find your best deal:

• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Summer months are the most expensive season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To get the largest rental within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
