Stunning 2 bedroom Carolina Beach Vacation Rental with a deck overlooking the full size swimming pool. The building is oceanfront and this Condo is on the second floor, oceanview (not a direct oceanfront condo). Even though it's located on the side of the building, you still have fabulous vistas of the ocean from your balcony. Conveniences include, 2 cable TVs (basic cable), a DVD player, a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and Wifi. Sandpebbles 6B is reasonably priced and centrally located on the Island, just across the street from the Carolina Beach Lake and only 11 short blocks South of the Boardwalk! Two swimming pools are available for your enjoyment from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Golf carts are not allowed on the premises.

**The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any car. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one car during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

When to visit & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Carolina Beach. To book the most suitable rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Wrightsville Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Respect the neighborhood. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
