The great room of this immaculate bungalow is accented by the vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, comfortable seating options, a sizable family style dining table, and cheery pops of color. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, both furnished with lush king-sized feather beds that pull you in and let your cares float away. The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you could need to make a family meal – it even includes a Margaritaville margarita machine because it is always 5 o’clock at the “Sand Crab Cottage”! Appreciate cooking on the gas range or grilling out and eating at the shaded picnic table.

Occupancy: Strict limit of 6 people per reservation. All occupants must be disclosed as household amenities and linens are outfitted per person.
Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 2 King, 2 Queen.
Parking: Driveway can accommodate 3 cars.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee. min. of 2 dogs per reservation.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, SMOKING anywhere on premises, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
