~We are located on the coast, and adverse weather is sometimes a factor. Please understand that we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions. We will give you credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is from June 1st through November 30. Please make a note of this when booking.

~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, modest bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay.

The condo is set up for 2 guests sleeping in the same bed. If a pullout couch is needed, please notify us 24 hours before arrival so housekeeping can leave the sheets and blankets..

~ Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking.

~ Additional costs of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Downtown Wilmington, a neighborhood in Wilmington. City Stage Theatre and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation. Wilmington Railroad Museum and Cape Fear Museum are also worth visiting.

Getting the best value:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends).   • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to propel more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
