The condo has two flat panel T.V.s for ultimate entertainment enjoyment and a DVD in the living room. The condo has an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and has 2 double beds with a private bathroom. The kitchen has all major appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. It is also equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The dining area has seating for four and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has a door that opens to a private balcony ideal for unwinding and appreciating the serene golf course vistas. Located a short 1.5 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only mins. away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a ideal golf/beach vacation experience. Free linens, towels and departure housekeeping service included with every rental.

The Sea Trail community has a recreational facility available for guest use - The Village Activity Center. The Village Activity Center provides indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & kiddie pool, poolside Tiki Bar Hut, Outdoor Volleyball, Breakfast & Snacks & Restaurant & Pub. Use of the Village Activity Center is available for an additional minimal fee payable directly to the facility on site.

Note: The community HOA does not allow any type of trailers to be parked on-site

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Wrightsville Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.

Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
